Send your completed application for active or passive participation only on-line.
If sent successfully, the registration system will confirm the operation and allocate you a registration number. This number also serves as confirmation of your classification as a ordinary congress participant. Use this registration number as the variable symbol when paying charges, including accommodation, and for the attachment of your abstract. Please send your application by 28 February 2011. This date is also the deadline for the discounted participation fee.

The registration fee includes:
- admission to the specialist programme and accompanying exhibition
- congress materials including the anthology of abstracts
- coffee breaks
- admission to the welcoming evening on 7 April 2011
The registration fee must be paid in full before the congress begins. The fee may be paid by bank transfer or credit card. You can find more-detailed information on the congress webpages.

Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card in advance using the authorisation form available here.
You will be issued with an invoice, which you will receive along with the conference materials, following the receipt of your on-line application and payment.
Cancellation conditions
We will return 70 % of the registration fee if you cancel your participation by by 15 March 2011. Your cancellation must be received by this date, after which your payment cannot be returned. Please send your cancellation or any changes to your application to the congress secretariat in writing, by e-mail or by fax only. Any changes notified by telephone will not be accepted.
