Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved in two hotels in Brno in different categories under advantageous conditions. Accommodation can be ordered using the application form.
Please pay for your accommodation along with your registration fee by 15 March 2011 at the latest.
Your reservation will be confirmed following receipt of payment, and a voucher will be sent to your e-mail address.
Any costs associated with your accommodation (minibar, parking, telephone, …) must be paid separately at hotel reception when you check out of the hotel.
Should you need to make any changes to your order for accommodation or to cancel it completely, or should you require an invoice for your accommodation to be sent to you, please do not contact the hotel, but contact the conference secretariat in writing at conference@ta-service.cz, Ivana Tarabová, who will deal with your request.

Cancellation conditions

The following cancellation fees apply to the cancellation or shortening of your accommodation:
by 28. February 2011 – a handling fee of € 10
by 20. March 2011 – 50 % of the price of the cancelled accommodation
by 7 April 2011 including those failing to arrive – 100 % of the total price of accommodation

Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive by 12.00 noon on the day following the first night of your ordered accommodation.
