The delegate registration fee includes:

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in Euro to avoid problems with changes to exchange rates. All payments must be net of all charges to us. An e-mail / letter of confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of payment (both registration and booking of accommodation).

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation (participation, accommodation, social programme):
- before 20 M arch 2006 a 80% of the fee paid will be refunded.
- before 20 March 2006 a 60% of the fee paid will be refunded.
Cancellation after 30 March 2006 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the symposium organiser by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance. All refunds due will be processed after the symposium.
SYMPOSIUM LANGUAGE
The official language of the symposium is English. We will provide partial simultaneous interpreting from English into Czech language.

WEATHER
The weather in April is very variable. There may be both sunny days (with temperatures between 10 and 20°C) and rainy days (with temperatures between 5 and 10°C).
