REGISTRATION
 
If you are interested in registering for the symposium you can register on-line (see below) or can send your Registration form (Registration Form.doc, 50kB) to the organiser of the symposium by e-mail, post or fax.
 
To be eligible for the early registration fee, your completed form (for registration and booking accommodation) should be returned before 28 February 2006 with full payment.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in Euro to avoid problems with changes to exchange rates. All payments must be net of all charges to us. An e-mail / letter of confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of payment (both registration and booking of accommodation).

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

	If necessary, payment will be possible at the symposium venue. Please arrange details with the organiser of the symposium.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation (participation, accommodation, social programme):
- before 20 March 2006 a 80% of the fee paid will be refunded.
- before 20 March 2006 a 60% of the fee paid will be refunded.
Cancellation after 30 March 2006 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
 
Cancellations must be received in writing by the symposium organiser by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance. All refunds due will be processed after the symposium.
