The workshop will be held in Brno, Czech Republic on 23 - 25 October 2007. The topics are aimed at low-temperature plasma science and technology operated at pressures ranging from partial vacuum to atmospheric.
 
The workshop will be organized in invited speakers, poster session, company evening and panel discussion. Posters on low-temperature plasma science and technology are invited in areas such as plasma diagnostics, modelling, surface treatment, deposition, thin film characterization, organic and inorganic films, hard films, hydrophilic and hydrophobic films, diamond-like carbon, biocompatible films, layered structures, nanocomposite films, applications and devices.
